My studio is on the right side of the Valley College building and faces the social security building and Laddies Bar as well as Comfort Inn.) Hello there, friends! My name is Melissa Murray. I am a licensed Esthetician and the owner of Elevated Esthetics, located in Martinsburg, WV. I specialize in professional luxury skincare treatments and select waxing services! To me, elevated and sophisticated skincare means gathering the knowledge and skills to produce results-driven, personalized treatments. I am dedicated to extensive continuing education and offering the most up to date services possible. My goal is to ensure that all of my clients feel relaxed and cared for in a peaceful, stress-free environment and to achieve their desired skincare results. Probably in no makeup and pajamas! I am a loyal and honest woman and friend with integrity. I take pride in my veteran husband, and son. My 2 grown children, young granddaughter and my preteen bonus daughter, as well as extended family and friends are my heart!💞 I spent 20+ years in a dentistry career as a clinical and surgical assistant in both private practices and the government, and ultimately becoming a dental insurance coordinator and lastly a dental practice manager. I left dentistry to pursue my passion for skincare! And I must say I LOVE IT! Opening my solo esthetics practice and studio is my dream, and I am excited to share all of that with you and to get to know you! I also love anything that sparkles, crystals, coffee,travel ,music ,animals, skincare and makeup junkie,and my lifelong OBSESSION with all things Halloween and spooky season and The Nightmare Before Christmas and Tim Burton!🎃 I can’t wait to meet and take care of YOU! Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: This outlines our Cancellation/No Show/Late arrival policies! I am so grateful you are here to allow me to care for your skin, and you! This applies to all of my clients and its important that you read and understand all of our policies. So Please Understand and Take Note: Everyones time is valuable, and I personally strive to provide all of my clients a positive and enjoyable relaxing experience. When you book your appointment with me, that time is reserved exclusively for you and I take time to set up my treatment room especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours or more in advance, so that I may have time to schedule another client to take your place. Please note, you will not be charged a fee unless you no show, or cancel/reschedule within the 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time(s). Cancellations & reschedules that occur less than than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in being charged 50% of the fee of your scheduled service(s). Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a "No Show" fee, which is also 50% of the original costs of the scheduled service(s). Late client arrivals run into another clients appointment time, please be on time and considerate and understanding. Coming earlier than 15 mins prior to your appointment does not get you seen before your scheduled time unless I message you letting you know that I am available sooner. Typically our door is locked and you cannot get in before your appointment. You are considered late and a no show 10 mins after your scheduled appointment time. No exceptions! Deposits are also non-refundable unless you appear for your appointment than it is applied to your service. Understandably, unforeseen emergencies & sickness happens, and those are the only exceptions to my policy! So please, call and let me know and we can reschedule you! PLEASE, Do NOT come to see me if you are feeling sick or have symptoms. Stay home and get better and come back on another day! There may come a time where I am sick myself, and possibly need to reschedule you. Let’s work together to stay healthy! If you routinely cancel due to the sickness policy, Elevated Esthetics reserves the right to ask for payment in full to be paid in advance in order to book your future appointments or to refuse future bookings at all.
